DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT:
The rowing exerciser, and Mobility Vehicle is made of structural steel and aluminum tubes,  steel rods and  vinyl-covered cushion seat;  equipped with an electric motor and a 12 volt-battery; a rear axle holding a set of pinions and clutch, a lever controlling the manual or the motor-activated motions and a switch at the handlebar. It has been built under precise engineering specifications to achieve optimal strength, stability and safety with minimal weight. It has two motorcycle chains and 4 inflatable tires: 2-16" diameter at the front and 2-20" diameter at the rear. It has been designed and produced,  as a very effective contribution to our friends who are suffering from paraplegia or other neurological,  orthopedic,  arthritic or vascular conditions  affecting the lower extremities. Also as a very practical mobility equipment.  

This machine, however, is also perfect for all our able-bodied friends. Our paraplegic friends from Michigan asked us, and so we did, a device to hold a basket with the purpose of carrying groceries from the supermarket. This device is adapted on the frontal portion of the chassis and is available, at an additional price, if requested. This machine is suitable for persons from 4'2" to 6'8" tall, (maximum weight 330 lbs.) with an aerobic,  wholesome, exhilarating,  OUTDOORS exercise, or an enjoyable ride of not less than 10 miles without recharging the battery, on SIDEWALKS, BIKE  PATHWAYS, PARKS AND BEACHES OF THE WORLD!   It can be transported by automobile using the same racks that are utilized to transport bicycles.

Unlike other "cycle" products, the CHAMPIOT ARMPOWER HYBRID  is DRIVEN by the handlebar or by the electric motor and STEERED by the same handlebar. The vehicle movement, forward and backward,  is achieved by the pulling and pushing of the handlebar with the hands and  arms or by the action of the electric motor. The steering is obtained by moving the same handlebar in order to obtain a parallel motion of the front axle.It has conventional hand, emergency and parking brakes.
